Coordination powers are customary for the State authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina [1]. Here are some typical examples.
In particular, the Council of Ministers B-H has agreed to the specification of working positions at the secondary education level, classified according to the pay categories of the Directorate for the Coordination of the Police Authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina [2].
The Council of Ministers of the VN considered and adopted Information on the operations of the Working Group on the Coordination of Tourism Activities for January-September 2010, and in this regard, it concluded that: The Working Group on the Coordination of Tourism Activities is in a position to continue its activities to agree on the list of international fairs to participate in coordination with the Tourism Community of the Federation of BH and the Tourism Organization RS. The Tourism Coordination Working Group is responsible for continuing to participate in the FIRMA project implemented by USAID and SIDA, as well as for continuing cooperation with other donors in the tourism sector (EU, UCODEP, GTZ). The Tourism Coordination Working Group is responsible for continuing to monitor the preparation and adoption of the B-H tourism development strategies and, once adopted, initiates their coordination and adoption of the state-level strategy. The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations is responsible for providing these findings to the competent ministries of the subjects and the Brcko District Government in order to support the Working Group on the Coordination of Tourism Activities in order to enhance its activities; the Working Group on the Coordination of Tourism Activities is responsible for reporting on its activities to the Council of Ministers twice a year [3].
The Action Plan Coordination and Monitoring Working Group is tasked with preparing a final analysis of the overall implantation rate of the Action Plan as early as possible and submitting it to the BIH Council of Ministers. The BIH Ministry of Security has been instructed to prepare and submit to the BIH Council of Ministers a proposal for the establishment of a Working Group for the Coordination and Monitoring of an action plan for the development of an organized crime threat assessment in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including a new strategy and action plan for combating organized crime in 2013-2015 [4].
Thus, in the practice of the executive authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the implementation of their coordinating powers is of great importance, which can become an example for the legislators of other countries, including Russia and Ukraine. Thanks to the existing coordination capabilities, the greatest efficiency of the activities of the authorities is potentially achieved.
