The post-industrial era is characterized by the development of human economic relations, due to the creation of a global space of innovation as a result of the transformation of the world economic system and the need to ensure an innovative model of economic development. Under the influence of global challenges, the emergence of a new socio-technological mode of production is based on intellectual and innovative and information and technological structure, which intensified the problem of socio-economic development of Ukraine in the innovation vector.
The formation of an innovative economy is associated with the emergence of a new method of coordination of relations and interactions, harmonization and coordination of interests, which is reflected in the work of representatives of various trends, theories and concepts of economic development.
It is expedient to generalize the evolution of forms of interaction in innovative development in the form of theories (models, concepts), which are grouped by content and presented in the sequence of increasing influence on the parameters of innovative development (Fig. 1).
The scientific significance of the grouping is as follows:
1. Highlighting the priorities of theory in the chain "person-interaction-organization-innovation-innovation cooperation".
2. Determining the place and importance of the elements of the system of interaction in the construction and development of innovation processes.
3. Substantiation of the hierarchy of criteria and sub-criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the formation and development of interaction in innovation processes.
Fig. 1. Evolution of interaction theories in the process of innovative development
The presented groupings of development theories are closely intertwined, exist and correspond to the ideas of personality development in the globalizing world on the basis of creative realization of personality through establishing joint implementation of stages of innovation process, while maintaining autonomy and independence of thinking, creativity, organization, region, country. The groups of theories selected for research have made a significant contribution to the creation of a modern research base, but in terms of their involvement in the formation of a new theory of interaction in innovation processes, we can identify certain priorities, shortcomings and basic statements.
Cooperation and partnership is communication "on equal terms", where no one has the privilege to point out, control, evaluate. Interaction is a way of organizing joint activities based on social perception and through communication.
Ensuring the effectiveness of interaction in innovation processes is accompanied by a rethinking of the importance and role of the partner as a subject of the process, which shares responsibilities and contributes its form of participation in the creation of innovation.
The concept of innovative development of integrated structures is related to the reform of the economic management mechanism of the organization. Such a mechanism contributes to the growth of production, improving the financial condition of the organization, its employees and the industry as a whole. During innovative development the basis of the production process is formed at all levels of production. This is due to the development of high technology, the structural focus of innovation in the country and a coherent integrated policy. Innovation and interaction are two interrelated economic processes that contribute to the formation of high-tech and highly adapted organizations to stable economic growth at all levels of the national economy.
The innovative type of development is due to the interaction of technological and socio-economic processes. The post-industrial society is based on close cooperation of the research laboratory with enterprises working in the field of innovation, science, education, human capital and information as the main factors of competitiveness of the national economy.
