Coordination standards are widespread both in the current legislation of Moldova and in government program documents. In this sense, we believe that coordination can already be considered a national strategy for the development of Moldavian statehood.
For example, in accordance with the provisions of the ACTION PROGRAMME OF THE GOVERNMENT OF REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA, to ensure the expanded functionality of the Integrated Dossier Management Program, including through the establishment of mandatory audio recordings and video recordings, agreed electronically on the agenda of court hearings by litigants, to develop and manage electronic dossiers with the parties to the case, the provision of evidence and the distribution of materials on the dossiers in electronic form, a coordinated electronic mechanism should be introduced vayuschih parties hold hearings through video conferencing and so on [1].
In order to institutionalize the process of compiling and coordinating the medium-term budget framework and compiling the national budget based on macroeconomic characteristics, the process of participation of enterprises and academic sectors should be coordinated. To adjust the infrastructure, it is necessary to create a mechanism for coordinating market surveillance activities in accordance with EU requirements.
The coordination of licensing of activities and work in the field of construction should be optimized. It is necessary to coordinate the creation of automated information systems simultaneously with the reengineering of existing processes for the provision of public services aimed at ensuring their provision in electronic form. The implementation of the electronic document and the promotion of the full use of digital signatures upon request and provision to central government bodies should be coordinated.
The implementation of reforms in the field of criminal investigation by providing an integrated and coordinated approach to this problem (coordination and timing of structural and competent activities of the change in the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of the Interior, the National Anti-Corruption Center, and the Customs Service) should begin now. Here, far-reaching and coordinated strategies should be developed to prevent and combat all forms of violence, create a mechanism to support victims of violence and oversee the enforcement of protection orders, improve coordination of foreign technical and financial assistance, and mobilize resources to achieve strategic goals.
It is necessary to create an institutional framework for coordinating support for sectoral councils with the participation of foreign donors and these are the necessary measures to modernize health services, including the public health surveillance service, by expanding it to the regions to improve coordination between all levels of medical care at the local level.
